The forum is quite dead, so I decided to make another list, because... why not?

What do you think, was the last decade good for sci-fi lovers? Were there any great or even classic sci-fi movies that we'll never forget? I'll try to make my list.

1. Star Wars Prequels. Some people hate them, I love them. To bits. I've seen them many, many times and I can't get enough of them.
2. District 9. It's probably scarier than Aliens because it looks so real. Amazing story with dark, realistic visuals.
3. Tron: Legacy. Maybe it's not technically science fiction, but it is so good. Astounding visuals and soundtrack.
4. Star Trek 1 &2
5. Moon
6. Oblivion
7. Cloud Atlas
8. Firefly TV series & film
9. All Matrix films
10. Inception

"It is known that there are infinite number of worlds, simply because there is infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so average population of all planets in Universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that population of whole Universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely products of deranged imagination."
